I try to keep the refrigerator stocked with healthy options for Baby Girl, since it is way too easy to give her toast or pasta every night for dinner. One of her favorites and the easiest for me is baked apples.

  1. Slice 2-3 apples and lay flat on a sheet of foil.
  2. Sprinkle apples with cinnamon.
  3. Wrap in foil and bring the edges of the foil together to seal the apples in.
  4. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until soft.  Note-the younger your child, the longer you should let them cook so they are very soft. 
  5. ENJOY!
