I thought it would be a good idea to make a Quiche for dinner since I needed to use up the eggs and spinach in my refrigerator; I even decided to pull a Martha and make homemade crust, none of the pre-made stuff.   I thought, “this is perfect, it will be done in 30 minutes when the Hubs arrives home and we can eat at a normal hour tonight”. WRONG, I was seriously wrong!

What I failed to realize, was that my Quiche would take over an hour to bake! Clearly, I should have put that sucker in the oven, instead of taking the time to take these photos.  It may have taken forever, but at least I learned that I will not have the time or patience to make this on Christmas morning!
