A friend of mine made a pizza cake and I had to try it. It was DELICIOUS and we ended up eating the whole thing over the course of one weekend. This is the perfect food for your Super Bowl party this weekend!

Ingredients: 2 cans of refrigerated dough, 3 cups of shredded mozzarella, jar of tomato sauce, pepperoni/bacon or your choice of meat.

Roll one can of dough out and cut 3 circles, the same size as your baking dish. I used my tall Corningware dish, so I used the lid of that dish to measure the circles.  You will bake the 3 cutouts on 400 for 8 minutes.

Line your baking dish with parchment paper. Once the cutouts are cooked, place one in the bottom of your baking dish. Roll out the 2nd can of refrigerated dough and line the side of the dish so that the dough is covering the entire inside of the baking dish.

Layer your ingredients.  I started with the baked dough, then sauce, then pepperoni followed by bacon and cheese. Repeat until you use the three baked cylinders.

Bake for 25-30 minutes on 400 degrees or until crust is golden. Let cool and enjoy!

Have a great weekend. Until next time, Tara
